Overview: The Enterprise Data and Operations Analyst will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the team with respect to creating matching priorities for the Data Analyst Team, answering matching-related questions from the Data Analyst Team, reviewing platform files, creating, and maintaining QA checks on incoming platform files as well as outgoing client feeds. Additionally, analyst will be responsible for into larger client requests using SQL and client interaction.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct data assessments and deliver analysis to clients using SQL and Excel
  • Communicate and support clients as it relates to data processing needs
  • Create and maintain QA Checks on all incoming files and outgoing client feeds
  • Partner with Implementation Team to gather information and transition new clients as they join the data consortium
  • Utilize JIRA to manage projects and communicate with Development and Client Engagement
  • Use quantitative methods to identify market trends to help companies make better business decisions
  • Have or develop a strong understanding of the Retirement/Investment Industry from a data perspective
  • Maintain Sales Reporting and our product Nexus

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Math, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or other business/data related fields. Unrelated degrees will be considered if there is Data Analyst experience.
  • 0-2 years of relevant experience desired
  • Knowledge in SQL (writing and reading queries; beginner to intermediate)
  • Knowledge and Experience in using MS Office: Excel, Word, Powerpoint
  • Ability to prioritize and work under tight deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work well as part of a team
  • Fast learner, able to master new concepts, theories, ideas and process with ease
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to performing various and changing tasks throughout the workday
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment


Experience working with any of the following would be an advantage:

  • Knowledge in Python.
  • Relevant work experience in a data or analytics role
