Job Brief
The Nurse (RN) is a key clinical team member within both the CTI and TRS components, responsible for providing medical care, health education, and coordination of care for individuals with complex medical and psychiatric needs.

Position Overview:
The Nurse (RN) is a key clinical team member within both the CTI and TRS components, responsible for providing medical care, health education, and coordination of care for individuals with complex medical and psychiatric needs. The RN ensures that all medical care is integrated into each participant's overall treatment plan, working in close collaboration with the Consultant Psychiatrist, clinical team, and care management staff. The Nurse plays a critical role in medication management, health monitoring, and providing health education to both staff and residents.
Essential Responsibilities:
• Conduct health assessments, manage medications, and monitor the medical well-being of individuals in both the CTI and TRS components.
• Collaborate with the Consultant Psychiatrist and clinical team to ensure the integration of medical care with behavioral and therapeutic interventions.
• Provide health education and training for residents and staff, focusing on wellness, preventive care, and chronic disease management.
• Monitor and manage medication administration and ensure compliance with all health-related regulations and best practices.
• Respond to medical emergencies and ensure that all necessary medical interventions are in place.
Qualifications:
• Education: Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
• Experience: Minimum of three (3) years in psychiatric or developmental healthcare.
• Skills: Expertise in clinical assessment, care coordination, and medication management, with the ability to work within interdisciplinary teams.
Location: Multiple, including, but not limited to, CPU Hudson Valley Office, Yonkers Transitional Residence, and community-based locations, including hospital referral sites.
