Job description

Position title: On-Site Program/Company Manager

Location: Camp Lejune, North Carolina

Clearance required: SECRET

Scope: Lead a large, multi-site logistics and sustainment workforce supporting a Marine special operations command. This is the senior on-site leadership role and primary customer interface.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Serve as the senior on-site leader and primary customer point of contact.
  • Manage overall contract performance, staffing, and quality across all sites.
  • Ensure compliance with the performance work statement, quality plan, and schedule.
  • Lead transition-in and full-rate performance; resolve performance issues.
  • Provide reporting, serve as the escalation POC, and oversee site leads.
  • 12+ years of program/contract management, including multi-site services contracts.
  • Demonstrated leadership of a large (80+ person) workforce.
  • Active Secret clearance and a valid driver's license.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelors in management/logistics; PMP or equivalent; prior USMC/SOF logistics services contract management.
