ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM

The Transformation Manager is responsible for enabling successful business change across projects and business-led initiatives, while ensuring that operating plans are maintained, tracked, and monitored at all times. The role leads structured change management activities, including impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, readiness planning, transition support, and communications.

The role works closely with AME Leadership, Business Units, and senior executives across SITA to support effective execution, alignment, and decision making. It also maintains Cascade, the scorecard application; assists in the preparation of Quarterly Business Review documents and materials; and, under supervision, provides timely input to the CEO Office on corporate and Board-related matters.

The internal title for this role will be "Project Manager"

WHAT YOU’LL DO 
  • Develop and maintain long-term strategic plans (i.e.3-year plan) for AME, ensuring alignment with the overall vision and mission.
  • Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape, informing strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into actionable strategies.
  • Identify and evaluate risks, issues, dependencies, and constraints associated with the project, escalating matters where appropriate. Where necessary, develop, agree on, and implement solutions to overcome these concerns.
  • Prepare and present strategic planning reports and recommendations to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Support the development of transformation programs that align with strategic plans.
  • Ensure all research and analysis activities are documented and accessible for future reference and review.
  • Ensure AME objectives are interlocked with BU's.
  • Coordinate with the communication team to articulate AME plans to the rest of the organization.
  • Organize and prepare complex documents using a variety of applications for technology devices, such as standard office software. Also responsible for gathering and summarizing data for special reports.
  • Schedule and prepare AME Strategy Board, including the documentation and tracking of follow-up

  • Strong skills in communication, performing gap analysis, stakeholder management, data collection and analysis is required to be effective in this role.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in managing transformational/change management projects in a related industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, Management Information Systems, or another related field
  • Recognized professional project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent)
  • Certifications in change management or transformation (e.g., Change Management Certification)
  • Demonstrated understanding of frameworks and methodologies used in managing large-scale transformation projects
  • Proven ability to develop comprehensive program plans and manage cross-functional governance structures.
