The Enterprise Architect position is a key member of the Enterprise Architecture team, with primary accountability for the Order-to-Cash (O2C) capability domain. This includes ownership of architecture across ERP platforms and the downstream lifecycle from order creation through billing, revenue recognition, and financial processing.
This role works closely with adjacent domains, particularly Campaign-to-Order (CRM, CPQ, eCommerce), to ensure seamless transition from pricing and product configuration into order creation and fulfillment. The role plays a critical part in ensuring the integrity, scalability, and efficiency of how revenue is transacted and accounted for across the enterprise.
Additional responsibilities include monitoring ongoing development and maintenance initiatives, evaluating new technologies, and ensuring adherence to compliance and security standards.
Responsibilities:
Architecture & Strategy:
  • Design Future State: Lead the definition and evolution of the future-state architecture for the Order-to-Cash domain, focusing on integration and optimization across CRM, CPQ, ERP, and eCommerce platforms.
  • Domain Alignment: Collaborate with peer Enterprise Architects across Campaign-to-Order, Cash-to-Care, Data, and Integration domains to ensure end-to-end architectural cohesion.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product Managers, Engineering teams, and business stakeholders to translate capabilities into scalable technical solutions and long-term roadmaps.
  • Advisory Role: Act as a key advisor to technology leadership on strategic direction, investment prioritization, and platform evolution within the O2C and ERP domains.

Technology Implementation & Support
In collaboration with Solution Architects and Technical Leads:
  • Functional & Technical Expertise: Serve as a techno-functional expert across core ERP modules including Financials, Procurement, Projects, HCM, and PPM, with deep expertise in Order-to-Cash processes.
  • Upstream Alignment: Apply strong understanding of upstream CPQ and eCommerce processes-including pricing, product configuration, and packaging-to ensure accurate and consistent order creation and downstream financial processing.
  • Solution Design: Design and guide integrations and data flows across CRM, CPQ, ERP, and eCommerce platforms, ensuring continuity from quote/cart through order fulfillment, billing, and revenue recognition.
  • Governance & Optimization: Drive standardization and minimize customizations. Lead architecture governance processes and ensure system integrity. Provide mentorship and technical guidance to development and support teams.
  • Feature Alignment: Validate placement of functionality for new feature requests and enhancements across the enterprise systems landscape.
  • End-to-End Efficiency: Ensure scalability, performance, and data integrity across the full Order-to-Cash lifecycle.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
  • 8-10+ years of experience with Oracle ERP applications, including Oracle Fusion Cloud and/or PeopleSoft.
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion architecture, APIs, and integration technologies (PL/SQL, REST, SOAP, OIC, VBCS).
  • Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash processes, including integration points between CPQ, eCommerce, order management, billing, and financials.
  • Experience with Agile, DevOps, and ITIL frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skill.

Preferred Skills:
  • Oracle certifications (e.g., OCP, OCM) in relevant Fusion or PeopleSoft modules.
  • Familiarity with CPQ platforms and how pricing, product configuration, and quoting processes translate into ERP transactions.
  • Experience with eCommerce platforms and digital order capture patterns.
