Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Phoenix, AZ that is seeking an Acumatica ERP Software Developer responsible for designing, developing, and implementing customizations for Acumatica ERP systems to meet our clients' business requirements.
Summary:
The Accumatica Developer will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, develop technical solutions, and ensure successful implementation. The ideal candidate has strong programming skills in C# and the Acumatica Framework, with experience in creating integrations, custom reports, and business process automations. This position requires both technical expertise and the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical team members.
Duties:
  • Design, develop, and maintain customizations for Acumatica ERP systems using C# and the Acumatica Framework
  • Create and modify business logic using Business Process Management (BPM) tools
  • Develop custom reports and dashboards using Acumatica Report Designer and GI Designer
  • Integrate third-party applications with Acumatica using REST APIs and web services
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks
  • Configure and customize Acumatica modules to meet specific business requirements
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for all customizations and integrations
  • Participate in requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders
  • Perform data migration and validation from legacy systems to Acumatica
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions
  • Provide technical guidance and support to end users and other team members

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience with Acumatica ERP development and customization
  • Strong proficiency in C# and .NET Framework
  • Experience with Acumatica xRP Framework and customization techniques
  • Knowledge of SQL Server and T-SQL for database operations
  • Understanding of web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Experience with web services and REST API integration
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Visa sponsorship is not available for this position

Preferred:
  • Acumatica Developer Certification
  • 4+ years of experience in ERP software development
  • Experience with multiple Acumatica modules (Finance, Distribution, Manufacturing, etc.)
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration/deployment
  • Experience with version control systems such as Git
  • Background in accounting or finance principles
  • Experience with Power BI or other business intelligence tools
  • Knowledge of ODATA and integration patterns
  • Experience mentoring junior developers
  • Prior experience in a consulting environment working with multiple stakeholders

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
