Job Summary

The ERP Reporting Analyst is responsible for developing and maintaining reports and dashboards from the Infor SyteLine ERP system, while also supporting system configuration and troubleshooting efforts. This role partners closely with business users and IT to ensure accurate reporting, reliable system performance, and continuous improvement of ERP functionality.

Key Responsibilities

ERP Reporting & Analytics

  • Design, develop, and maintain standard and ad hoc reports using Infor SyteLine data
  • Build dashboards and visualizations using tools such as Power BI, SSRS, or SyteLine reporting tools
  • Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and analyze ERP data
  • Validate data accuracy and reconcile reports with ERP transactions
  • Support KPI development and executive reporting needs

ERP Support & Troubleshooting

  • Provide Tier 2 support for SyteLine ERP issues across functional areas including manufacturing, finance, inventory, and supply chain
  • Investigate and resolve data discrepancies, report failures, and system issues
  • Collaborate with IT, vendors, and functional teams to diagnose and resolve ERP problems
  • Assist with testing fixes, patches, and system upgrades

ERP Configuration & System Support

  • Assist with SyteLine configuration, including forms, parameters, user settings, and basic module setup
  • Support master data maintenance and data integrity initiatives
  • Analyze business processes and recommend system or reporting improvements
  • Participate in ERP enhancements and continuous improvement projects

Documentation & Collaboration

  • Document report logic, data definitions, and system configurations
  • Create and maintain reporting and system documentation
  • Train users on reports, dashboards, and SyteLine best practices
  • Ensure reporting and system changes follow security, governance, and audit standards

Required Qualifications

  • Must be a US citizen
  • Experience working with Infor SyteLine or a similar ERP system
  • Strong experience in ERP reporting and data analysis
  • Proficiency with SQL
  • Experience with Power BI, SSRS, or similar reporting tools
  • Understanding of manufacturing ERP processes (finance, inventory, production, supply chain)
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting ERP configuration or administration
  • Familiarity with Infor tools (Mongoose, SSRS, IDO-based reports)
  • Experience with Infor SyteLine in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience with ERP implementations or upgrades
