Job Profile:
  • Do you have your Bachelor in Psych, Social Work or Sociology and looking to get more experience working in mental health settings?
  • Are you passionate about helping clients focus on health and wellness treatment goals and services work with a vulnerable client population?
  • Do you want to develop some case management skills and counseling skills?
  • Are you a person that does not miss details?
  • Are you experienced in providing traditional case management services, supportive counseling, facilitating treatment groups?
  • Is building relationships with clients easy for you?

What we need for this job:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or a related field OR one-year experience in the behavioral health field for non-related Bachelor's degrees
  • Must be fluent in Spanish
  • Experience working with pregnant individuals, single parents, and families with infants
  • Role includes outreach, supportive counseling, parent coaching, skill building, connecting families to resources, completing assessments, completing registration documents, intake and care plans
  • Interested and curious about child development, parenting, infant mental health, parent-child relationships n
  • Collaborative team member who is ready to jump in, support our clients and team
  • Community outreach experience and interest, occasional ability to transport clients to connect to care
  • Has capacity to work until 6:30 PM at least one day a week
