Description

Title: Ingot Equipment Technician Supervisor
Location: Cartersville, GA
 
SUMMARY
The Equipment Technician Supervisor at the new QCELLS plant in Cartersville, GA will be responsible for maintaining ingot equipment and managing technician personnel. The Equipment Technician Supervisor will be a key member of Ingot's main equipment and technician management and will work closely with other departments to ensure smooth equipment operation.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Responsible for tasks related to equipment maintenance. 
  • Manpower management including technician attendance evaluation, work performance supervision and evaluation, etc. 
  • Prioritize staffing tasks, monitor progress, revise schedules, resolve problems and report results. 
  • Coordinate work with other departments related to equipment maintenance. 
  • Responsible for equipment technology technician recruitment and training development. 
  • Prepare reports for scheduled meetings. 
  • Perform other related duties as assigned. 
 
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in electrical and mechanical engineering or related engineering fields.  
  • More than 10 years of experience in equipment maintenance.  
  • Experienced in manufacturing production equipment maintenance and automation equipment related fields. 
  • Ability to troubleshoot when equipment breaks down. 
  • Experienced in managing human resources of 30 or more people.  
  • A person with leadership skills such as good interpersonal relationships with team members.  
  • A person who can interpret electrical and mechanical drawings. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Power Point).  
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bilingual in Chinese or Korean preferred. 
  • Electrical and mechanical license holders. 
  • Experience in the semiconductor or photovoltaic industry.
