We are looking for PeopleSoft eProcurement / Inventory Module Lead in Austin, TX for 16+ months contract position.ย

Job Description:

Position: PeopleSoft eProcurement / Inventory Module Lead

Location: Austin, TX

Duration: 16+ months

Client: Direct Client


Qualifications

Required Skills:
Experience as a PeopleSoft eProcurement / Inventory Module lead for multiple large PeopleSoft projects.
Experience in designing, creating, and overseeing large complex high availability PeopleSoft Financials.
Experience managing ERP Development Lifecycles.
Experience performing PeopleSoft Unit Test, System Test, Integration Test, and User Acceptance Test
Experience with developing PeopleSoft upgrade paths.
Experience conducting design sessions with subject matter experts and business process owners to meet business requirements with minimal customizations.
Experience with Microsoft Suite (Projects, Visio, Excel, Word, Power Point)
Proven project team building skills and coordination across multiple modules
Experience writing detailed Functional Design Documents (FDDs), Configuration Documentation, and Process Re-engineering.
Ability to alter project design direction based on business need, PM or Executive direction.
Experience in IT project planning, research, analysis and development including RICEFW Functionality Management
Experience writing and reviewing detailed test scripts for System, Integration, and User Acceptance Test Phases.
Experience with configuration documentation and review in PeopleSoft 9.2 and/or Maximo 7.5 or higher
Experience teaming with business owners and technical staff in a complex, large scale PeopleSoft environment (some Maximo 7.5 or similar experience helpful but not required)
Experience with PeopleSoft version 9.2 and People Tools 8.53 or higher (Maximo 7.5 or similar experience helpful but not required)
Experience with 9.2 based PeopleSoft environment with multiple integrations to and from the EProcurement / Inventory module
Communication, analytical and interpersonal skills at all levels of an organization.
Experience coordinating eProcurement / Inventory module tasks in a PeopleSoft 9.2 implementation.
Experience in managing and coordinating SME through a PeopleSoft Implementation or Upgrade
Desired Skills:
Public sector experience with a Utility or Energy Based company
Understanding of computer related tools, methods, platforms and operating systems.
Implementation experience with all aspects of Documentation, Planning, Design, Build, Test, and Deploy Phases for 3 or more PeopleSoft Modules (G/L, A/P, A/R, AM, PO, eProcurement, Time and Labor, Billing, Project Costing, KK, and Inventory).
In depth knowledge of the design, integration and usage of Maximo Software (preferred but not necessary).
Ability to set and meet functional team deadlines while maintaining an even disposition under pressure.
Ability to collaborate with other functional and technical staff on the project.
High level of emotional intelligence and composure when interacting with the client.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively on diverse teams.
