Job Description

Job Title: PeopleSoft Techno Functional Consultant with Marketplace experience

Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL

Duration: 12 month contract

Max Rate: $55 per hour

Required: Experience implementing and configuring MarketPlace with PeopleSoft

They are implementing this and integrating it with e-procurement.

Required Skills: Marketplace, eProcurement and purchasing

Requirements:

Experience implementing and configuring MarketPlace with PeopleSoft

Experience working with FSCM 9.X with PeopleTools 8.X

Experience working with PeopleSoft eProcurement

Experience directly working with 3rd party vendors to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues

PLUSES:

Experience with Peoplecode, App Engine and/or Integration Broker

Responsibilities:

Gather functional requirements from the Purchasing Division.

Develop a fit/gap analysis.

If necessary, develop technical specifications.

Work with Suppliers.

Set up items from multiple Marketplace Suppliers into Local or Hosted Catalogs to be used as items on requisitions and purchase orders.

Pass purchase orders/change orders created in eProcurement to a Marketplace where suppliers receive, review, and place orders automatically.

Set up the price check feature in eProcurement to update an item's price to match price in Marketplace which is based on our government contract.

Set up Marketplace suppliers as suppliers if necessary.

Set up Marketplace suppliers as eProcurement suppliers if necessary.

Associate the Set ID that is used in eProcurement record group as a buyer in Marketplace if necessary

Synchronize shared data which are transferred between eProcurement and a Marketplace.

Maintaining user and technical documentations.
