Highlight is seeking a Software Developer to join a new team supporting the Department of Transportation. This role will design systems and architecture within an enterprise program management office and oversee the development activity on the team.
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for overseeing the design/plan/execution of the ITS JPO EPMO Hub development activity.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Minimum 10 year’ experience in designing systems, debugging, code reviews, and architectural decisions.
• Proficiency in Angular, C#, .NET, SQL, HTML, Bootstrap, CSS, JavaScript, and Less technologies.
• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science
