Job description

***This role requires the ability to be onsite when necessary and permanently reside in one of the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Kansas, Maryland, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, or West Virginia***
The Systems Integration II performs work associated with the engineering, maintenance, operation, and support of the organization's critical System's Integration Architecture responsible for the secure exchange of health and business data/information between systems, devices and applications both across the enterprise and with external cloud services, customers and partners.

Essential Job Statements

Operations

  • Analyze data as required to support Integration engineering and troubleshooting efforts.
  • Monitor integration performance using dashboards and reports.
  • Monitor and work integration error work queues.
  • Troubleshoot & resolve integration issues & errors.
  • Monitor vendor maintenance & release schedules.
  • Analyze impact of vendor upgrades & new releases in advance of changes.
  • Evaluate vendor upgrade & service bulletins and take necessary actions.
  • Update integration connections.
  • Update vendor specific public & private keys.
  • After hours, weekend, & holiday on-call rotation.
  • Maintain integration CMDB inventory.
  • Maintain technical documentation.
  • Work tickets in various Incident and Request queues.

Architecture, Design & Engineering

  • Elicit and record Integration Business & Functional Requirements.
  • Perform systems analysis & record findings.
  • Perform systems design using modeling tools (e.g. Visio) to prepare Integration Architecture diagrams.
  • Engineer Integration Translation tables.
  • Engineer filters to ensure compliance with Organizational Compliance policy.
  • Prepare Data Mapping specification.
  • Prepare Data Flow and Business Process Flow diagrams.
  • Define & execute Integration Test Scenarios.

Freedom To Act

Determines and develops approaches to solutions with input and review by manager and senior/specialist team members.
