As a Registered Nurse (RN) you will:

- Provide skilled care to our patient(s) requiring professional nursing.

- Prepare documentation accurately, timely, and according to Nursing Care Plan policy.

- Maintain accurate and complete records of nursing observations and care.

Requirements of Qualified Candidates:

- Must be currently licensed as a registered nurse in the state of California.

- Must possess and maintain valid CPR certification while employed in a clinical role

- Registered Nurse with home health experience is preferred but not required

- Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured and in accordance with state and/or organization requirements and in good working order.

Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen

We are looking for compassionate and effective nurses. Home Health Nurses are responsible for managing their caseloads in a timely manner while providing each patient the individual care to meet their needs. Working one on one with patients in the home setting is rewarding as you are an integral part of the patient’s whole health picture. Coordinating with the patient’s multidisciplinary team requires your nursing analysis and expertise.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • RN/LVN with current license to practice in state(s) of operation.
  • Minimum of One(1) years nursing experience with preference for at least one year in home care.
  • Knowledge of community resources, Medicare and state regulations, ACHC requirements, and reimbursement criteria for third party and private payers.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), interpersonal skills, and documentation skills.
  • Demonstrated organizational and time management skills, critical thinking, and ability to work independently.
  • Computer data entry skills.

Position Requirements:

CA Registered Nurse License, Current CPR, CA Driver’s License 1+ year experience in home health nursing. Ability to travel to multiple patients per day Compassionate and friendly demeanor
