Job description

Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Coverage Analyst III for a Contract assignment with one of our premier Healthcare clients working remotely.
Responsibilities :
  • The Coverage Analyst III will provide temporary remote support to Institute's Clinical Trials Administration team during Epic Research Modernization and Stanford-Sutter JVCC readiness.
  • The role will focus on clinical research coverage analysis, protocol review, billing calendar development, study startup, workflow redesign, operational readiness, and implementation support.
  • The analyst will partner with cross-functional research, finance, contracting, and operational teams to help complete time-sensitive work tied to the November 30 JVCC go-live and other year-end deliverables.
Required Skills :
  • Clinical research coverage analysis experience
  • Experience with clinical research coverage analysis and protocol review.
  • Experience with billing calendar development and clinical trial billing workflows.
  • Experience with study startup and clinical trial activation support.
  • Ability to support workflow redesign, operational readiness, and implementation activities.
  • Ability to collaborate with Clinical Trials Administration, research finance, contracting, and study teams.
  • Ability to support time-sensitive Epic Research Modernization and JVCC readiness work.

Preferred Skills :
  • Experience with Epic research workflows.
  • Experience supporting multi-site healthcare clinical research.
  • Experience with billing calendar implementation or optimization.
  • Experience supporting major research system implementations or go-live readiness.
