Maintenance Technician Position - Epic Property Management (Open to Motivated Problem-Solvers - Experience Welcome but Not Required!)

If you're reliable, resourceful, and eager to learn (or already handy), this position might be perfect for youeven if you haven't worked in property maintenance before. Join the Epic Property Management team and help us create safe, comfortable homes for our tenants. We're looking for a proactive Maintenance Technician who's ready to grow with a fast-paced, supportive company.

WHAT WE OFFER

  • $500 sign-on bonus awarded after successful completion of the 90-day probationary period.
  • Weekly pay.
  • Premium On-Call Compensation: Rotating after-hours emergency calls are automatically paid at Time-and-Half (1.5x), including paid portal-to-portal mileage to and from your home.
  • Paid mileage for all standard daily driving.
