PTM Epic Hospital Billing Professionals will support/coach/advise our Client's Project IT Team with tasks throughout the implementation cycle - Design/Workflows, System Build, Testing, Upgrades, and Activation while minimizing extensive travel.   •   Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Epic Certifications required
  •  Exhibit meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of project delivery, ensuring that work is executed with precision and in alignment with  established guidelines and quality standards
  • Provide Epic design, build, and testing expertise and experience for assigned Epic module
  • Follow guidelines for complex to critical issue handling and ensure that the team follows them
  • Manage application enhancements, break-fixes, standard applications changes and maintenance activities

  • Responsible for work assignment & prioritization across shores

Required:

  •         Current Epic Hospital Billing Certification
  •       3+ years of experience with required module(s) development & application maintenance
  •           3+ years of experience in healthcare operations, clinical environment, or healthcare setting

  •          Ability to identify issues, prioritize and problem solve to resolution
  •          Superior communication and customer service abilities
