We have an immediate opening for a highly motivated IT-Business Systems Analyst experienced in Epic Willow builds and implementations to join our dynamic and growing team.

responsibilities:

Build and support Epic Willow applications, pharmacy, project work, ServiceNow requests and incidents - prime and non-prime call. Latent AI integration.


qualifications:

Minimum of 3+ years experience in the build and support of Epic Willow applications, pharmacy, within a project driven environment, supporting ServiceNow requests and incidents - experience in both prime and non-prime call


Bachelors Degree


Solid communication skills, demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex issues, excellent time management skills
