BizTek People is in search for a Training Specialist - Epic Prelude, Grand Central & Cadence for our client in Lansing, MI!
Location: On-site required for initial training; remote option available for planning activities
Local candidates
Education Requirements
Candidates must meet one of the following:
  • High School Diploma and a minimum of 5 years of training experience
  • Associate's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field and a minimum of 3 years of training experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field and a minimum of 1 year of training experience

Experience Requirements
  • Proven experience delivering training for Epic Prelude, Grand Central, and Cadence modules
  • Strong background in IT training or instructional design, including project management experience

Licensing & Certifications
  • Certified Trainer preferred

Skills
  • Advanced knowledge of instructional design, e-learning development, and training management
  • Strong leadership and mentorship capabilities
  • Proficiency in managing complex training initiatives and optimizing training workflows

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Lead training projects, including large-scale system implementations and upgrades
  • Mentor entry-level and intermediate trainers, promoting instructional design best practices
  • Develop advanced e-learning materials and blended learning modules to improve training efficiency
  • Provide expert support during go-lives, including troubleshooting complex issues
  • Document and maintain training workflows, SOPs, and best practices
  • Collaborate with peers to design training environment patient scenarios for hands-on learning
