Reporting directly to the VP of EMR Systems, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing patient access and engagement through innovative technology solutions. Your expertise will directly contribute to our organization's strategic goals of growth, improved patient outcomes, and expanded capacity for care. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of success in leading Epic EMR initiatives, with a deep understanding of patient engagement, access reporting modules. A strong executive presence, exceptional relationship-building skills, and a commitment to continuous delivery are essential for success in this role.
  • Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for Patient Engagement, Access and Reporting, aligned with the VP of EMR Systems' vision and enterprise-wide EMR strategy.
  • Lead Epic Patient Engagement, Access and Reporting related teams
  • Drive measurable improvements in key performance indicators (KPIs) as defined by Duly senior management team.
  • Manage and develop a high-performing team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of experience in Epic teams' management, preferably with multi-specialty experience.
  • Proven track record of success in leading and executing Patient Engagement, Access and Reporting optimization projects, demonstrably achieving significant improvements in KPIs.
  • In-depth knowledge of Epic Patient Engagement and Access related modules: Prelude, Candence, MyChart, Referrals, and HIM.
  • Strong understanding of the EMR landscape and its impact on healthcare operations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, vendor management, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in healthcare administration or related field

The compensation for this role includes a base pay range of $135,861.65 - $180,000 with the actual pay determined by factors such as skills, experience, education, certifications, geographic location, and internal equity. Additional compensation may be available through shift differentials, bonuses, and other incentives. Base pay is only a portion of the total rewards package.
