We are seeking a Computer Systems Analyst to join our Information Technology team. In this role, you will provide frontline technical support while helping maintain and improve the systems, devices, applications, and infrastructure that keep our organization connected and productive. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, supporting end users, and contributing to technology initiatives that make a meaningful impact on employees and the patients and families we serve.


Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm with every 3rd week on call rotation.
 

What You'll Do


The IT Support Analyst / Senior Support Technician assists the Information Technology team in delivering reliable, secure, and user-centered technology services. This position provides daily employee support while contributing to endpoint management, infrastructure support, cybersecurity, business applications, documentation, automation, IT service management, and continuous improvement.

  • Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, mobile devices, Microsoft 365 applications, network connectivity, and clinical and business systems.
  • Configure, deploy, maintain, and support computers, mobile devices, user accounts, printers, and endpoint management technologies throughout their lifecycle.
  • Assist with infrastructure, cybersecurity, and compliance initiatives, including access management, patching, vulnerability remediation, security awareness, and protection of sensitive organizational and patient information.
  • Support Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, Epic-related technologies, RingCentral, and other business applications to ensure efficient and reliable operations.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, knowledge base resources, and employee training materials while promoting technology adoption and best practices.
  • Analyze support trends, identify opportunities for process improvement and automation, and contribute to service excellence through effective IT service management practices.
  • Collaborate with employees, leaders, vendors, and IT team members on technology projects, system upgrades, implementations, and ongoing operational support, including occasional after-hours support as needed.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a customer-focused technology professional with experience supporting users in a professional environment. Qualified candidates will have an associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Networking, or a related field (or an equivalent combination of education and experience) and at least three years of experience providing technical support.


Experience supporting Microsoft 365, Windows operating systems, mobile devices, endpoint management tools, and IT ticketing systems is preferred. Knowledge of networking, cybersecurity, and healthcare technology environments is highly valued. Experience with Epic or another electronic health record system is a plus.


Successful candidates will demonstrate strong troubleshooting skills, excellent communication abilities, sound judgment, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications & Certification/Licensure:

  • Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Networking, or a related field. Bachelor's degree preferred. An equivalent combination of education, certifications, and relevant experience may be considered.
  • Minimum three years of progressively responsible experience providing technology hardware, software, endpoint, application, and user support in a professional environment.
  • Experience providing Tier 1 and Tier 2 support and managing work through an IT service management or ticketing platform.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365, Microsoft Windows client operating systems, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Intune, mobile device management, and Apple and Android devices.
  • Working knowledge of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, wireless networks, switches, VPNs, and firewalls.
  • Foundational understanding of cybersecurity principles, endpoint protection, phishing, vulnerability remediation, secure access, and incident escalation.
  • Basic knowledge of servers, virtualization, system monitoring, patching, backups, and infrastructure operations.
  • Experience with Epic or another electronic health record system is desirable. 
  • Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, Microsoft 365, Azure, ITIL, Cisco, or equivalent credentials are preferred.
