Job Summary:
The Epic Analyst is responsible for the implementation, configuration, maintenance, and optimization of Epic applications. This role supports end users, troubleshoots system issues, and ensures the system meets clinical and business needs.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze workflows and configure Epic modules accordingly
  • Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to optimize system use
  • Provide support for upgrades, testing, and issue resolution
  • Create reports and dashboards as needed
  • Maintain Epic certifications as required
