Job description

Responsibilities
  • In direct support of the URMFG United Business Office (UBO), this position is responsible for working across the professional fee organization serving as a senior-level resource for projects and providing strategic oversight of projects assigned to the analyst.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and other key stakeholders leading initiatives to develop and/or improve processes within the revenue cycle.
  • Guide the analysts in preparing reports, analyzing data, and presenting revenue cycle findings to the project manager.
  • Report directly to the project manager. Serve as a lead in directing the process to bridge operational and billing workflows through analysis of Epic functionality.
  • Collaborate with the UBO project manager to resolve operational or system issues with application coordinators on the various Epic Applications.
