Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments through virtual interviews to understand client histories, mental health needs, and goals.
• Develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based practices tailored to fostering client engagement and well-being.
• Deliver individual therapy through a variety of modalities, adapting your approach to effectively address each client's circumstances and preferences.
• Facilitate goal-setting discussions with clients to establish therapeutic objectives and regularly monitor their progress towards achieving these goals.
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of each session, notes on progress, and treatment plan adjustments in compliance with ethical standards.
• Engage in professional development opportunities and training to stay current with industry best practices and advancements in therapy methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Mental Health Counselor at Resolute Academy, you will work primarily with adolescents and adults facing a variety of mental health challenges. Your clients may be experiencing issues related to trauma, anxiety, depression, or relationship difficulties. You will employ a client-centered approach to therapy, ensuring that individuals feel understood, supported, and empowered throughout their healing process.

Qualifications

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Demonstrated proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on empathy and compassion.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities; capable of managing a diverse caseload effectively and efficiently.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in a telehealth setting or providing virtual therapy services.
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Prior experience serving diverse client populations with varying mental health needs.

Compensation and Benefits

Our compensation package is competitive, offering a salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide a supportive work environment with the following benefits:
