ProKatchers is seeking a travel Nuclear Medicine Technologist for a travel job in Rochester, New York.

Job Duties:

  • Perform advanced nuclear cardiology studies (SPECT, SPECT/CT, PET/CT) with precision and clinical expertise.
  • Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care—explaining procedures, ensuring comfort, and maintaining safety at all times.
  • Acquire and process diagnostic images, perform daily quality control, and maintain radio pharmacy operations working within the NYSDOH guidelines
  • Manage and document patient data in the eRecord “CUPID” system and ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.
  • Partner with the Director of Nuclear Cardiology and colleagues to implement new technologies and continuously enhance lab protocols.
  • Uphold URMC’s ICARE values—Integrity, Compassion, Accountability, Respect, and Excellence—in every aspect of your work. 
  • SPECTBlood flow studies, cardiac amyloidosis and a hybrid SPECT resting study followed by a PET sarcoid or viability studies

Qualifications:

  • 2 years of Nuclear Med experience
  • 6 months of Cardiac Imaging experience
  • NYS Rad Tech License
  • NMTCB or ARRT(N)
