Epic Enterprise Project Overview

This position is a critical part of Baton Rouge Generalโ€™s Epic Enterprise Project , a transformative initiative to optimize healthcare delivery through advanced electronic health record (EHR) systems. As part of this project, you will play a key role in implementing, supporting, and enhancing Epic applications to ensure seamless workflows and improved patient care. Y ou will collaborate closely with clinical and technical teams to drive success in this enterprise-wide implementation.

What Weโ€™re Looking For:

Completion of Epic related training projects/tests

  • Completion of Epic certification preferred.

Strong customer service orientation with the ability to support internal users in a courteous, caring, and proactive manner

2โ€“5 years of experience in a related field

Bachelor's degree in information technology strongly preferred

Familiarity with personal computers (2โ€“3 years); experience with PC hardware troubleshooting is helpful

Ability to identify and resolve technical issues, build and test systems, and implement requested changes

Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with users, teams, and Epic representatives

Demonstrated initiative, ethical standards, and respect for privacy and safety protocols
