Job description

Job Title: Environmental Trainee

Location: Lockport, LA

Position Overview: Responsibilities will include HSE inspections, hazard recognition, performing HSE meetings and maintaining the facility’s handling, storage, and disposal of waste; including managing the air, water, and dredge permits to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Must have a minimum of three months’ working experience in Shipbuilding, Manufacturing or Offshore.
  • Oracle experience is a plus.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Must also be highly motivated.
  • Proficient in using MS Office applications (MS Excel, MS Word, etc.).
