Environmental Services Tech – Hillcrest Shadow Lake

Location: Hillcrest Shadow Lake
Address: 1507 E Gold Coast Road, Papillion, NE 68046
Schedule: Full-time days and every other weekend
Starting Pay: $16.00 + depending on experience

Hillcrest Health & Living is currently seeking an Environmental Services Tech to join our team at Hillcrest Shadow Lake.

At Hillcrest Shadow Lake, our Environmental Services team plays an important role in creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, families, visitors, and team members. This role is a great fit for someone who takes pride in their work, pays attention to detail, and enjoys supporting others through dependable service.

What You’ll Get to Do

  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents, customers, and team members

  • Vacuum, sweep, extract, and mop flooring in assigned areas

  • Clean and sanitize bathrooms daily in assigned areas

  • Clean and sanitize resident/customer rooms daily

  • Keep neighborhoods and housekeeping carts clean, neat, and properly stocked

  • Deliver personal clothing to the laundry room and return clean clothing to residents/customers

  • Ensure clothing is labeled according to policy

  • Clean and stock offices, clinics, and common areas in assigned locations

  • Deep clean resident rooms upon transition and as needed

  • Keep hand sanitizer stations stocked at all times

  • Assist with resident room transfers and mattress changes

  • Support other areas as directed
