Position Purpose/Summary

As an Environmental Services Aide, you’ll be responsible for keeping our facility clean, safe, and welcoming. Your work will help maintain the high standards that make Trinity Grove a trusted home for so many.

Key Responsibilities

  • Dust designated areas and items throughout the facility
  • Dry mop specified areas to ensure cleanliness and safety
  • Empty trashcans, clean when needed, and replace liners
  • Clean assigned bathroom fixtures and chrome surfaces
  • Clean walls and remove paper/debris from floors as directed
  • Report repairs or maintenance needs promptly
  • Maintain a safe environment and report any hazards
  • Understand and use emergency equipment when appropriate
  • Keep all information confidential
  • Interact courteously with residents, staff, and visitors
  • Participate in ongoing educational programs
  • Demonstrate Trinity Grove’s mission, vision, and values every day
  • Perform other duties as needed for facility operations

Qualifications

  • Ability to read, write, and follow instructions
  • Familiarity with cleaning and housekeeping procedures preferred

Physical Requirements
