Job description

Tasks and Responsibilities:
Lead technical projects: maintaining client satisfaction while ensuring projects are delivered safely and within scope, schedule, and budget
Collaborate with Environmental Market Leader to grow the business in the Region by early identification of project opportunities and cross selling.
Develop and implement business strategies and initiatives to expand environmental services to new clients
Develop, lead, train, and mentor team members
Establish and develop long-term vision for the market to meet changing conditions
Maintain positive working relationships to achieve client satisfaction
Desired Skills and Experience:
10+ years of experience in the environmental market with a strong record of developing and implementing projects within the industry
Bachelor's degree in a science-or engineering related field
A Master's degree in a science-or engineering related field or MBA is desirable
Professional Registration (Engineer or Geologist; or Certified Industrial Hygienist) preferred
Proven experience in establishing and building relationships within all levels of client management
Well-developed interpersonal skills with experience working effectively in a collaborative environment
Demonstrated outstanding communication, presentation, follow-up, negotiation, and closing skills
Solid organizational skills with the proven ability to lead multiple priorities at a time
