Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead high-impact sub-programs within large-scale enterprise transformations. This role owns end-to-end delivery of complex initiatives with annual budgets of $30–40M, ensuring alignment to strategic objectives and measurable business outcomes. You will act as both a strategic leader and hands-on execution driver, driving transformation beyond BAU initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver a $30–40M sub-program within an enterprise transformation portfolio
  • Define program scope and align with business, product, and technology stakeholders
  • Lead end-to-end execution across technology, operations, and business workstreams
  • Manage multi-year roadmaps and program increment (PI) planning
  • Establish strong program governance (RAID logs, dependency tracking, status reporting)
  • Manage cross-program dependencies and ensure alignment across initiatives
  • Oversee financials including budgeting, forecasting, variance, and benefits realization
  • Deliver executive-level updates, insights, and decision frameworks
  • Influence senior stakeholders and drive decisions in matrixed environments
  • Remove roadblocks, ensure accountability, and maintain delivery momentum
  • Drive change management and continuous improvement in program practices
  • Apply Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of IT experience with 5+ years managing large programs ($15M+)

  • Experience managing cross-functional programs in matrixed organizations
  • Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Solid financial management experience (budgeting, forecasting, benefits tracking)
  • Experience across Agile and Waterfall delivery models
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
