Description

 Carroll Insurance Agency is seeking a motivated Multi-Line Producer to drive new business growth across Commercial, Personal Lines, and Health & Benefits insurance. This role is ideal for a relationship-driven sales professional who enjoys prospecting, providing risk management solutions, and building long-term client partnerships. 


Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and develop new insurance opportunities within targeted industries and markets.
  • Build relationships through networking, trade associations, and community involvement.
  • Advise prospects and clients on insurance coverage and risk management solutions.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers and Marketing Specialists to design and present competitive proposals.
  • Close new business and coordinate premium collection.
  • Maintain ongoing client relationships and identify opportunities to cross-sell additional lines.
  • Partner with internal teams to support service needs and claims resolution.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in the insurance industry.
  • Active Texas Property & Casualty License and Life, Accident, Health & HMO License.
  • Proven sales ability with a track record of closing business.
  • Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated with a professional presence. 
  • College degree and/or professional designation preferred.
  • Willingness to travel and engage in the community.
