Job description

Restaurant Leadership Development ProgramCertified Trainer → Team Leader → Director

Pay: $16.50–$30.00 per hour

Compensation: $16.50–$30.00 per hour, based on experience, performance, and leadership progression. Full-time team members have the opportunity to earn up to $65,000 annually.

As you develop, you’ll have the opportunity to advance through our leadership roles:

·      Certified Trainer

·      Team Leader

·      Director

Each step provides additional leadership responsibilities, professional development, and opportunities for increased compensation.

What You’ll Do

As part of our leadership team, you will:

·      Lead shifts while creating an exceptional guest experience

·      Coach, encourage, and develop Team Members

·      Train new employees using Chick-fil-A standards

·      Maintain excellence in food safety and food quality

·      Assist with scheduling, labor management, and inventory

·      Build a culture of teamwork, accountability, and hospitality

·      Help identify and develop future leaders

·      Lead teams of 25–35 Team Members during each shift

·      Support an overall restaurant team of more than 100 Team Members

·      Demonstrate servant leadership by putting people first

What We’re Looking For

·      Leadership experience in restaurant, hospitality, retail, or customer service is preferred

·      Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·      Positive attitude and strong work ethic

·      High level of integrity and professionalism

·      Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

·      Ability to motivate and develop others

·      Adaptability in a fast-paced environment

·      Passion for serving others and creating remarkable guest experiences

·      College degree preferred but not required
