Job description

The Global Leadership Development Advisor is responsible for leading the development of enterprise programs and associated objectives as well as delivering leadership development experiences that build critical capabilities in current leaders while also leading high potential programs that strengthen the leadership pipeline for future succession roles.
As part of the Academy, the Global Leadership Development Advisor partners with key business stakeholders (HR,Engineering, Sales, etc.) to identify leadership development needs and deliver targeted interventions that foster a high-performance leadership culture.
This role is integral to executing the Academy leadership development strategy, building a strong leadership bench for succession, and ensuring programs align with organizational priorities and evolving leader and business needs.
Schedule and Location
This is a full-time exempt position; office-based in Norwood, MA with 30% of domestic and international travel required annually.
Responsibilities
  • Provide program management oversight for the design and implementation of leadership development experiences that address role based and high potential leadership development needs across all leadership levels-including executives, managers of managers, managers of individual contributors, high potentials, and aspiring leaders.

  • Plan and deliver global leadership development programs using diverse learning methodologies to ensure managers and our high potential leaders acquire the skills and capabilities necessary to foster a high-performance culture across teams, functions, and operations.

  • By leveraging our Academy Engagement model, partner with key enterprise stakeholders to ensure leadership development programs remain relevant, aligned to organizational priorities, and responsive to evolving business and leadership needs.

  • Apply evidence-based leadership development practices (e.g., validated competency models, leadership assessments, and evaluation frameworks) across all programs to strengthen the credibility, relevance, and measurable impact of participant outcomes.

  • Incorporate best-in-class leadership development practices and leverage internal and external benchmarks, emerging trends, and data-driven insights to continuously enhance the learner experience and strengthen measurable business impact.

  • Drive continuous improvement of leadership development offerings by analyzing learner feedback, assessment results, and enterprise talent data to refresh content, strengthen practice/application, and improve outcomes over time.

  • Embed a continuous development focus that hardwires learning on the job by designing reinforcement strategies that sustain behavior change and accelerate application.

Qualifications
Required Education
  • Possess an advanced degree in either organizational psychology, adult learning, leadership development, business management, or organizational behavior (a combination of education and experience will be considered in lieu of a Graduate degree)

Required Work Experience
  • 10+ years of experience required with the following:

  • Demonstrated experience as a people manager successfully leading teams and brings a strong track record of translating managerial insights into impactful, enterprise-wide experiential learning solutions

  • Proven ability to design and implement enterprise-wide leadership and management approaches that strengthen leadership capabilities across all organizational levels.

  • Strong track record of delivering impactful, business-aligned leadership development solutions that meet learner needs and produce measurable outcomes.

  • Demonstrated success in coaching leaders to apply learning on the job and driving sustained leadership growth and engagement.

  • Demonstrated experience in administering and interpreting leadership assessments in partnership with leaders in our development programs, providing actionable insights that inform individual development planning and accelerate on-the-job application.

Highly Preferred Work Experience
  • Hogan, Strength Finder, EQI and Leadership 360 experience

Required Skills
  • Advanced leadership capabilities, including management, coaching, facilitation, and effective communication.

  • Proven ability to design and deliver transformative leadership development programs aligned to organizational needs.

  • Strong project and program management skills to lead multiple enterprise-wide initiatives.

  • Ability to integrate industry best practices, data analysis, and systems/design thinking into learning solutions.

  • Demonstrated skill in change management and communication planning to support leadership initiatives.

  • Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills with continuous improvement mindset.

The final salary offer will vary based on individual education, skills, and experience.
