Estate Planning Attorney

Location: Roseland, NJ

Full Time


Summary:

We are seeking an Estate Planning Attorney with 2+ years of experience in estate planning, trusts, and tax law.

The ideal candidate will advise clients on estate and tax planning strategies, draft wills, trusts, and related legal documents, and manage probate and trust administration matters.

Candidates should possess a J.D., an active New Jersey law license (New York preferred), strong knowledge of estate and gift taxation, excellent drafting and communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple client matters in a collaborative, client-focused environment.

An LL.M. is a plus but not required.
