Your responsibilities
  • Be a subject matter expert in the Workday Student Financials workstream
  • Execute the day-to-day activities on Workday Student implementations for customers including process design, demonstrate configurations through the development of prototypes, conversion, testing, and project reviews with customers
  • Assist the customer team to help convert legacy data into Workday
  • Assist the integration consulting team in configuring and testing integrations between Workday and other third-party or custom solutions
  • Help mentor new consultants and serve as a professional role model
  • Collaborate effectively and synergistically to team-based projects
  • Ensure customers understand and take advantage of Alchemy and Workday best practices
  • Help ensure customers remain referenceable
  • Support Alchemy post-production services customers through defect resolution
  • Partner with Engagement Managers to ensure alignment across project plans and allocated budgets
  • Strive to innovate and suggest new approaches and tools to deploy Workday efficiently and effectively
  • Maintain Workday certifications and qualifications

About you (Required skills)
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience leading the Workday Student Financials workstream on multiple Workday Student implementations
  • Active Workday Student Financials certification
  • Significant consulting within higher education
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively manage customer expectations
  • Passion for providing exceptional customer service
  • Bachelor's Degree or commensurate work experience
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 40%
