This position is for a skilled creative professional who can consistently produce luxury-quality video while also executing photography and drone work at a high standard. You will represent our brand in the field, working directly with agents and homeowners while delivering a polished, white-glove client experience.

If you take pride in cinematic storytelling, understand lighting and composition at an advanced level, and can operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment, you may be exactly who we’re looking for.

  • Occasional twilight shoots required
  • 20–35 hours of availability per week (30 hours typical)
  • Work occurs during daytime and early evening hours
  • Regular travel across Greater Atlanta and North Georgia required
  • Flexibility and reliability are essential

What You’ll Do

  • Capture high-end, cinematic listing videos (primary responsibility)
  • Perform professional-level photography and drone work
  • Execute shoots with efficiency while maintaining luxury-quality output
  • Represent our company professionally with agents and homeowners
  • Follow established shot lists and creative direction when required
  • Maintain consistency and quality across all projects
  • Deliver a high-end, white-glove client experience

Compensation & Growth Path

  • Paid training: $15/hour
  • Standard photoshoots: $25 per unit (each unit = 60 minutes of on-site time)
  • Drone-certified rate: $30 per unit
  • Luxury video work: $35 per unit
  • Additional services: Varies depending on project scope
  • Travel time between shoots: $20/hour (paid in 15-minute increments)
  • Mileage reimbursement: $0.30/mile

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in luxury real estate videography (required)
  • Strong photography skills (required)
  • Drone proficiency (required)
  • Advanced understanding of lighting, composition, and camera movement
  • Ability to work efficiently without sacrificing quality
  • Professional, polished, and client-facing
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-starter who can manage time and workload independently
  • Comfortable driving daily across a large service area
  • Reliable and consistent performer

This Role May NOT Be For You If:

  • You are not confident producing high-end luxury content
  • You prefer minimal client interaction
  • You are not comfortable with frequent travel
  • You struggle with consistency or working within a structured system

Why This Role Is Great

  • Work with high-end luxury real estate properties
  • Opportunity to consistently produce cinematic, portfolio-level work
  • Be part of a growing, professional media team
  • Strong earning potential based on skill and output
  • Paid training and clear advancement path
  • Travel time and mileage reimbursement included
