Flexible Part-Time

Location: Crown Point, IN

Compensation: Flat Daily Rate approximately $135–$200 per week

Schedule: Approximately 3-4 visits per week. Most visits can be completed in about 30–60 minutes.

Position Overview

Are you looking to build your photography, videography, or marketing portfolio while gaining real-world experience? TML Deals is seeking a creative and dependable Marketing Content Creator to capture authentic behind-the-scenes photos and short-form videos of our growing auction warehouse operation.


Your content won't sit in a folder but will be featured on our company's digital video wall, social media platforms, website, marketing campaigns, and branding initiatives viewed by thousands of customers.


This is an excellent opportunity for students, social media enthusiasts, and aspiring content creators looking to strengthen their portfolio and build up their resume while working with a growing business. Entry Level applicants are welcomed!

Responsibilities

  • Capture candid photos of warehouse and auction operations
  • Record short video clips of daily activities
  • Document merchandise arrivals and processing
  • Capture team members working throughout the facility
  • Follow weekly content requests provided by management
  • Organize and upload content to designated company folders
  • Ensure photos and videos meet basic quality standards
  • Maintain professionalism while working around employees and customers

Qualifications

  • Basic photography or videography experience preferred
  • Smartphone or camera capable of taking high-quality photos and videos
  • Strong attention to detail
