Summary of the Position
The Content Marketing Specialist is an entry level position, responsible for creating content - including social media posts, promotional videos, how-to-guides, and service explainers - to attract customers and contribute to the continuous learning and development of our team. This position will report to the Director of Marketing.
Key Essential Responsibilities
  • Create engaging content for social media including Facebook, Instagram, Google, Yelp, etc.
  • Design graphics for promotions, emails, and in-store materials
  • Assist in building email campaigns and website content
  • Capture and edit photo and video content
  • Support marketing campaigns and promotions
  • Create clear, customer-friendly messaging for products and services
  • Assist in creating internal training content for store teams through how-to videos, quick guides, product overviews, and service education materials
  • Help translate technical automotive topics into simple, easy-to-understand training content for employees
  • Follow a content calendar and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accuracy and alignment
  • All other duties as assigned by management

Experience/Education/Other Requirements
  • Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 0-2 years of experience (internship experience welcomed)
  • Eagerness to learn and receptive to feedback
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and current trends required; experience managing or contributing to social media accounts is a plus
  • Basic experience with graphic design and video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Premiere Rush, CapCut, or similar)
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and quality
  • Demonstrates creativity and actively seeks opportunities to create engaging, relatable content (in-store, with customers, and across platforms)
  • Team-oriented with a positive attitude; collaborates effectively with internal and external partners
  • Experience creating tutorials, training materials, or educational content is a plus
  • Photography or mobile content creation experience is a plus
  • Must possess and maintain a valid U.S. driver's license and have access to reliable transportation
