Bobyard, Inc

Job description

Position Overview
Brand matters at Bobyard. We are building one of the most sophisticated AI tools our customers will ever use, and how we communicate that product - visually and narratively - is critical.
As our Marketing Designer, you will define and evolve how Bobyard looks and feels across every surface: product marketing, website, sales materials, social content, and more. You'll work closely with the CEO, product, and go-to-market teams to create a brand that feels modern, credible, and distinct in an industry that has historically lagged behind in design.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both strategic brand thinking and hands-on design execution.
Responsibilities
  • Shape and evolve Bobyard's visual identity and brand system
  • Design marketing assets, website pages, social graphics, and campaign materials
  • Create compelling sales and product storytelling materials
  • Collaborate with product and engineering to ensure brand consistency across the platform
  • Work with marketing and sales teams to communicate the product clearly and visually
  • Iterate quickly on new ideas as the company and product evolve
Desired Attributes
  • Strong visual taste and attention to detail
  • Portfolio demonstrating brand systems, marketing design, and storytelling
  • Ability to move quickly and iterate in an early-stage startup environment
  • Resourceful and comfortable working with ambiguity
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Proficiency with Figma and modern design tools
  • Bonus: familiarity with motion, illustration, or web design

Benefits
  • Competitive salary plus equity options (target $120k - $160k)
  • Opportunity to collaborate with a dynamic, driven team
  • Ability to help shape the brand of a company building a massive platform for the construction industry

This is a full-time, in-person role in San Francisco.
If you're excited about building a brand for an AI product that will reshape how construction companies operate, we'd love to hear from you.
Comp Philosophy
We structure compensation to be simple: cash for stability, variable for performance, equity for ownership.
Everything ties directly to what you ship and the impact you drive.
