The Sales GTM (SGTM) organization sits squarely between the product teams who make our ad solutions, and the sales teams who sell it. Given this team's unique position within the Sales org, the SGTM organization is called upon to drive GTM strategy when doing so results in clear benefits for our customers.
We're seeking a US Video GTM to join our organization focused on Amazon's Ad Tech and Video offerings. The ideal candidate will be an industry veteran with deep expertise in both ad tech and streaming TV (STV), bringing innovative products and solutions to market and leading the industry in driving solutions for customers

As the voice of both our customers and US Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams, you'll help organizations navigate maximizing advertising effectiveness. You'll bridge the crucial gap between market needs and product development, ensuring our customers understand how our solutions meet business objectives across the US market.
Key job responsibilities
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast growing and entrepreneurial organization, bringing innovation and growing adoption of Amazon Ads. In particular he/she will:
Drive the US LCS overall vision, value proposition, programs, planning, and packaging solutions to grow our Ad Tech & Video Sales GTM approach, acting as the primary liaison between Product organizations and US LCS teams
Drive adoption of Amazon's video and ad tech advertising offerings
Develop and implement comprehensive GTM strategies that address varied requirements across regions across the globe, addressing voice of the customer (VOC) and vertical nuances
Partner with WW GTM and Product Marketing to develop compelling narratives around our video and ad tech advertising solutions
Analyze, contextualize and communicate industry developments to internal sales teams and customers
Collaborate with Product teams to ensure GTM strategies align with holistic Amazon Ads Sales GTM
Establish a partnership with internal and external senior business leaders to drive the business forward
Identify and provide the right metrics to measure success, providing meaningful feedback to stakeholders through ownership of monthly organizational business reviews
Effectively communicate the business strategy to all levels of the organization, up to and including SVPs
