Amazon's In-stream Video advertising represents a transformative opportunity in digital advertising, operating in a complex, multi-sided market with significant growth potential. As advertising continues to evolve across streaming platforms, mobile, and web environments, Amazon's Video Advertising program stands uniquely positioned with our differentiated assets in customer & audience insights, exclusive content, and premium inventory across our network. We're seeking a Principal Technical Business Development Manager to drive global revenue growth through strategic packaging, innovative network solutions, and sophisticated go-to-market strategies.
As a Principal Tech BDM, you will be the strategic leader responsible for identifying and unlocking revenue opportunities across our global video network

This role will define our network packaging strategy, develop compelling value propositions for advertisers, and create scalable go-to-market approaches that drive adoption worldwide. This role will also lead the global expansion effort working with multiple cross-org, cross-region leaders. You'll leverage deep technical expertise combined with commercial acumen to evaluate market opportunities, design innovative product bundles, and execute strategies that maximize revenue potential across our diverse video supply landscape.
A successful candidate brings strategic vision and commercial creativity, thrives in ambiguity, can lead through influence at all levels, and brings technical depth to transform complex supply opportunities into compelling market offerings

You must possess the ability to identify untapped revenue streams, develop sophisticated packaging strategies, create GTM approaches that resonate with both publishers and advertisers globally.
Key job responsibilities
Identify and evaluate revenue opportunities across our global video network, developing business cases for new offerings
Define and own the network packaging strategy, creating compelling product bundles that maximize value for both supply and demand partners
Design and execute global go-to-market strategies for network products, including pricing models and sales enablement
Lead strategic supply-side partnerships that enhance our network offering
Develop multi-year revenue growth strategies aligned with market opportunities
Drive executive-level alignment on network strategy and revenue initiatives
Influence product roadmap to support packaging and GTM requirements
Own business reviews and strategic planning processes with senior leadership
