Future Leadership Program

Are you looking for more than just a job? Our Future Leadership Program is designed for individuals who are eager to grow, lead, and build a career within Chick-fil-A.

Participants will begin as Team Members and follow a structured development pathway designed to build leadership, operational excellence, and people-management skills. Through hands-on experience, coaching, and performance-based benchmarks, team members can advance through the following leadership track:

Team Member Senior Team Member Team Leader Shift Leader Coordinator

This program is ideal for motivated individuals who are coachable, driven, and passionate about serving others. If you're ready to develop your leadership potential and make a lasting impact, we'd love to invest in your future.

No experience is required, but previous leadership experience is considered in our interview process.

Working at a Chick-fil-A restaurant is more than a job - it's an opportunity for teamwork and leadership development in a positive, people-focused environment.
