Job Description

Job Summary:
Would be great if candidate has GMP/Learning Management system group experience, but they do not need to have actually done the training.
This position is responsible for maintaining training requirements and curricula by ensuring all training documentation is input into the LMS.
Masters Overqualified-This is right out of school/a few years of experience entry level
Responsibilities:
Administration of the Learning Management System, including but not limited to:
Process training forms (Training Completion, OJT, Training Guides, Disqualifications and Refresher Training, Qualified Trainer Authorization, and Training Waivers) establish instructors in LMS
Update roles within LMS from Optional to Require as needed
Assist with the preparation and process curriculum maintenance forms
Prepare, track and process learner assignment modifications
Create, publish and assign training courses and training material
Conference room management
Order food and materials as needed
Set up offerings for Instructor led training in LMS
Education and Experience Requirements
BS/BA degree or equivalent relevant experience
Required Skills / Competencies:
Organizational and multitasking capabilities
Effective communication both verbal and written
Interpersonal and professional skills
Must be customer focused and service oriented
Proficient with MS office (Word and Excel). Outlook, Learning Management System(s)
Ability to adapt to change
