They are commonly offered by companies looking to invest in new talent and provide a clear career path for growth within the organization.

What can I expect during the first few weeks in an entry level training program?

During the initial weeks of an Entry Level Training Program, you can expect to participate in structured training sessions, shadow experienced team members, and gradually take on hands-on tasks relevant to your department. You'll likely attend workshops, complete onboarding activities, and receive feedback from mentors or supervisors to help you understand company processes and expectations. Early on, there may be assessments or evaluations to track your progress and identify areas for further development.
