With our career ladder you start as Lot Attendant / Porter / Forklift driver, Move Up our Ladder to PDI Tech, Apprentice Technician, Certified RV technician, then Master Certified Technician. Prior experience in an auto, RV, marine, motorcycle or power sports dealership is a plus but NOT required.
