Reliance Partners is seeking a motivated, entry-level IT Help Desk Technician to join our Phoenix office. This is a full-time, in-office position designed for individuals beginning their IT careers! Whether you're a recent graduate or looking to gain hands-on experience in a professional environment.
You'll work alongside an experienced IT team, supporting real users, solving real problems, and building the technical foundation needed to grow into advanced IT roles.
What You'll Do:
  • Provide day-to-day technical support for employees across the organization
  • Troubleshoot issues related to:
  • Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive)
  • Business applications and internal systems
  • Windows devices and user environments
  • Assist users in person, over the phone, and via remote tools
  • Log, track, and update tickets in the IT support system
  • Document solutions and contribute to the internal knowledge base
  • Support software installations, updates, and system configurations
  • Collaborate with senior IT staff on escalated or complex issues

What We're Looking For:
Required Qualifications
  • 0-2 years of IT experience OR recent completion of an IT-related degree or certification
  • Basic familiarity with:
  1. Windows operating systems
  2. Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
  • Good communication skills and a customer-first attitude
  • Ability to work onsite in our Scottsdale office, Monday-Friday
