Job description

The Indianapolis Colts are seeking a Ticketing Systems and Technology Coordinator to serve as the department's primary technical administrator and operational support leader responsible for ticketing systems administration, event configuration, fulfillment execution, inventory maintenance, reporting support, compliance administration, and ticketing technology implementation.

This position serves as the subject matter expert for all ticketing platforms and plays a critical role in supporting future ticketing technology initiatives, integrations, and platform migration projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Ticketing Systems Administration

  • Administer Ticketmaster/SeatGeek and related ticketing technologies.
  • Configure events, products, price codes, offers, and inventory structures.
  • Maintain user permissions, system settings, and ticketing configurations.
  • Troubleshoot ticketing platform issues and coordinate resolutions.

Event Builds & Inventory Support

  • Build and maintain ticketed events across all products.
  • Support season ticket, premium, group sales, parking, and special event inventory.
  • Process inventory adjustments, relocations, holds, kills, and account maintenance.
  • Ensure inventory accuracy and system integrity.

Fulfillment & Operational Support

  • Execute ticket fulfillment and distribution processes.
  • Support Membership Services, Premium Sales & Service, Ticket Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships.
  • Process ticket requests and operational support needs.
  • Assist with gameday ticketing operations and event execution.

Reporting & Compliance Administration

  • Coordinate ticketing reporting requirements.
  • Support league reporting and compliance initiatives.
  • Manage ticketing workflows and operational tracking.
  • Maintain documentation and audit support materials.

Technology & Innovation Support

  • Support ticketing platform upgrades and enhancements.
  • Participate in user acceptance testing and implementation projects.
  • Assist with future ticketing platform migration initiatives.
  • Develop training documentation and system process guides.

Secondary Ticketing & Special Programs

  • Support broker program administration.
  • Assist with inventory and pricing updates.
  • Support secondary ticketing initiatives and operational execution.

Hardware & Technology Support

  • Manage ticketing hardware inventory.
  • Support scanners, mobile devices, printers, and related ticketing equipment.
  • Coordinate deployment, maintenance, and replacement activities.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3–5 years of ticketing operations experience.
  • Strong Ticketmaster/Archtics experience preferred.
  • Experience with event builds, inventory administration, and ticket fulfillment.
  • Strong technical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience supporting software implementations or system upgrades preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
