Transfer Tech Press Operator
RESPONSIBLITIES:
  • Operate and maintain 500-2,000 ton stamping presses (transfer systems)
  • Set up, align, and install dies and transfer systems with die setters
  • Start, monitor, and adjust press operations for quality and efficiency
  • Inspect workpieces and make corrections as needed
  • Collaborate with maintenance, tooling, and quality teams to maintain uptime and part quality

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience operating transfer system presses in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
  • Ability to follow safety and quality standards

PAY AND SHIFT TIMES:
  • $27.00 per hour base pay +$1.50/hour 2nd Shift Premium
  • 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM

This full-time, hourly role is a part of our Operations team and reports to the Operations Supervisor and Manager.
