Our Talent Acquisition team is responsible for partnering with leaders and managers to find the best global talent available to help the organization meet its diverse and important strategies and missions. We develop and execute effective and consistent talent sourcing and selection strategies to hire candidates for various positions ranging from leadership to entry level around the globe.

Your Role:

As a Recruiter, you willbe responsible formanaging recruitments, especially internal only recruitments,forseveral divisions.You should be comfortable with leadingseveralrolessimultaneouslywith responsibilities ranging from job posting, resume screening,initial screens,interviews, and offer management across multiple teams and divisions. You understand the importance of buildinga strongrapport with candidates andhiringmanagers alike. You have experience in sourcing and hiring technical talentacross multiple functionalexpertise,cutting across programmatic and non-programmatic functions.You willbe requiredto build adeep understanding of our internal divisions toenableinternal talent mapping.

You report to theSenior Manager -Talent Acquisition.This is an18-monthLimited Term Employment (LTE)

What You'll Do:

  • Engage with key leaders and Talent Acquisition partners to understand the needs of the organization andhiringprofiles to create andimplement bothshort-term recruiting strategies to attract and hire top talent.

  • Work collaboratively with internal customers to explore initiatives to tap intointernaltalent pools.

  • Leadhiring process from research, sourcing to interviews andoffer.

  • Developdiversetalent pool through creative sourcing techniques including referral generation, networking, and direct sourcing.

  • Complete candidate assessments and recommend slate for hiring manager phone screens and interviews.

  • Prepare and conduct kick-off strategies and recurring meetings with hiring managers.

  • Assistwith thecreation ofjob descriptions and job postings.

  • Manage applicants' information and update status on applicant tracking software system.

  • Build relationships with HR partners and business leaders.

YourExperience

  • Bachelor's degree preferredwith a minimum of3+years of work experience in TA,HR, or another related field/role.

  • Demonstrated success in recruiting for a variety of roles, from early in career through senior leadership.

  • Additionalknowledge and experience in recruiting operations, talent sourcing, and/or human resources preferred.

  • Experience conducting global searches in a fast-paced, dynamic, matrixed environment preferred.

  • Experience with Workday or other ATS (Applicant Tracking System) preferred.

  • A track recordof bringing rigor and resourceful creativity to talent challenges, and successfully adapting to shifting priorities and ambiguity

The salary range for this role is $107,400 to $161,200 USD. We recognize high-wage market differences where our offices arelocated, in Seattle, Washington D.C., and Boston (Cambridge). The range for this role in these locations is $118,200 to $177,200 USD. As a mission-driven organization, we strive to balance competitive pay with ourmissionand new hires are typically brought into the organization at a salary range between the minimum and the midpoint salary range. Actual placement in the range will depend on a candidate's job-related skills, experience, andexpertise, as evaluated during the interview process.

Must have unrestricted work authorization in the country where this position is located. The Foundation does not provide immigration-related sponsorship for this role. This includes direct company sponsorship and any work authorization requiring a written submission or other immigration support from the company (eg: H-1B, O-1, L-1, E, OPT, STEM-OPT, CPT, TN, J-1, etc.).
