Required Skills:

a. Education:

1. Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business or other related discipline.

b. General Experience:

1. At least five (5) years of experience in project management.

2. PMI certification as a PMP or equivalent, as determined by the PO.

c. Specialized Experience:

1. At least five (5) years of experience in managing IT related projects.

2. Must demonstrate a leadership role in at least three successful projects that were delivered on time and on budget.

3. At least one (1) year of experience creating data warehouses containing Personally Identifiable Information (PII).


Desired Skills:

1. Education:

1. Master's Degree from an accredited college or university in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business or other related discipline.

2. General Experience:

1. At least one (1) year of IT technical experience in creating data warehouses with student-level education and/or employee-level workforce data.

3. Specialized Experience:

1. At least one (1) year of experience working as an IT Technical Project Manager in a government, public education, or higher education environment.
